I’m from the U.K. I had the pleasure of riding those buses into the tunnels: I was visiting Seattles for 20 days. I’ve raced to British people for years about the tunnels underneath Emerald city. Seattlelites have a good way of getting around their city. I had to travel into Seattle by bus one night to meet up with a local from Washington State for a couple of beers. We met at Pioneer Square. That was a fantastic summer night out. I’d have arrived that evening in one of those bus tunnels. I was staying in Kent.

It's a good thing they removed the busses from the tunnels but I'm always going to miss them because I could honestly watch it for hours. The busses come in, some leave, some stay, and then they all leave and I think ":O Is it time for a train?!" and then one more bus comes in and this quickly leaves followed by silence until a train comes in and then leaves and then it's busses again and oh my god nothing compares
