@@CountryRimfire play with your action screws a bit start at 18 inch lbs and go up by 2 up to 30. My sweet spot was 22.5 lb

@thegunslinger4570 I will try that Jason!! If I remember correctly, last time I did that for SK Pistol, I left it at 28. So there might be something I can do there. Think Bergara said to torque to 55 or something? Mine is at 42 or so. Maybe I will mess with it also.

@CountryRimfire for a bench gun it's not bad to lower it. It's not like we knock these guns around through the bush. That's my thinking for what it's worth.

@@CountryRimfire Its tough, our guns change what they like and don't like from one day to the next, I've burned through 1 brick of this stuff to get it to this point. if I was home with my full supply of my lapua I would have dropped using this days ago. The tuner is all that's saving this ammo.

Believe it or not recently shooting 1000 yards trains better trigger pull, it has crossed over to the benefiting with my 22 as I have come 1st in my last 3 rimfire competitions against a great number of top shooters in my area. (videos on my channel) One match I set the club record for scoring a perfect 400. So Yes my trigger pull has come along nicely this year. I found that the snap motion that I use moves the gun less then a slower tug that actually moves the gun more. You should try it.

He definitley has to pay attention, power lines is one that would be most hazardous.

Thanks Paul, Chilly mornings here but nice day time temps. No complaints. Wind here is bad though, early Dec was 10 days straight of 20+ mph winds every day. Trying to build/buy some shooting equipment on a budget. Got some cheap ideas in my head just gathering the pieces.

Next video I will talk about what I checked and did. I'm still waiting for my rear bag to arrive, I want to get that before I waste anymore ammo LOL Im gonna try a few other mods as well to get this as good as I can.

Eley is available in our area but I haven't seen it being used

I've checked all my screws and nothing has moved, possibly something internal in the scope, its not the highest quality. I should change the scope to a higher quality one and try again.

@thegunslinger4570 i agree with the scope... its a decent scope u have ,.. but as u know that 45 - 70 is a gun that kicks like a buffalo , not a horse.. but i know that 45 - 70 will mark X at 100yds.. those tight groups that u had will indicate that.. just gotta find what makes the beast happy...
