I am very angry at the prohibitions Trudeau put on for firearms. Like banning pistols. The bans and laws were ridiculous enough already. I want to buy a FAL. I want to buy more pistols. I hope people actually stand up and get these repealed. But so many people are spineless and do nothing.

...I've had one of those Mossbergs for years.....Bought it off a friend's Dad when I was 15 (about 1962) for $12.00 and it out shoots every .22 I've ever seen.....White plastic picnic spoons at 100 yards with diopter sights were my favourite , but my eyes can't see 10 yards any more.....lol

With the gun laws in Canada it should be a buyers market yet most are over priced. When the time comes i will probabaly give away my arsenal to friends and family.
We used to have a fantastic show in Calgary but Covid and a change of venues immediately afterwards ruined it. It went from around 500 - 600 vendor tables to maybe 150 now. I had tables from 2007 until 2019 but got dumped in 2022. I was not (and still feel the same way) impressed.

I just picked up a Savage Lee Enfield in the grease, unfired and un-proofed for $800.00, U.S. property marked. Patience and looking around is where the deals are, not gun shows.

steve........they are a rugged gun so loosely made you can bury them in sand ,pull them out ,slam the butt on the ground a time or two than cycle the bolt and keep firing............hitting something smaller then a moose was the biggest problem
@@BC-li6zc A friend of mine bought an un-fired British 303 never out of the box covered in gun grease and wrapping.he was aware that I had accurized a 303 by grinding off the first stage of trigger travel and modifying the trigger with two set screws for trigger travel and lightness of trigger let off.....which was a huge factor in the Enfields accuracy problem,the next was the two piece stock ,I bedded it after a few tries,and with hand loads produced a half inch 100 yard 3 shot group [scope] ...... so we cleaned the gun up and I wanted to fire a few shots to see how bad the stock problem would be, could not hit the target at 100 yards,but on the cardboard sheet the target was on, there were some holes showing the bullet was key holing........looked down the barrel one rifling...yes ..only one rifling....should be four , I have seen one rifle with two and they can shoot good enough for big game...but one rifling wont work at all what should I do with the gun says he...throw it in the bush says I...and he did. The 303 British Enfield was known for it's wandering zero caused by the two piece stock and they are not known for accuracy unless you consider hitting a 5 gallon pail at 100 yards accurate which ..come to think of it...many guys I have seen shoot would be happy to hit the pail....during the war it appears that there was no quality control and some poor sucker could have ended up with that rifle to fight a war with

It's too bad the US and Canada wouldn't just allow the purchase between the two countries. With the proper background checks you wouldn't think it would be such a issue.

Used to be a large Target shooting community in Canada dozens of friends and family owned AR15s and pistols. There used to be three shooting range/gun clubs just in my area. Now just about every semi auto including pistols are banned or will be shortly.

@@thegunslinger4570 I used to go to gun shows in the 80s where I live in alberta and it was awesome so much different firearms and knives to see and now because of controlling government its a sad state we let happen because of to much control on honest people like myself that have never committed a crime with firearms. The change is unreal!
