Thank you! I recently started working on this and have a question or concern. Since starting, I have been experiencing alot of joint discomfort and inflammation-like pain. Like a really intense toothache but in my hips, etc. Is this to be expected at the start? Am i overdoing it? Etc?
Never push or train into pain. Pushing to hard into pails and rails in the beginning can be too much some time for beginners! start doing the isometrics only with a percentage where you feel comfortable with and gradually build it up. Also if it doesnt get better check out functional range conditioning and find a FR Therapist!

Agree, I think a better example would be showing what happens when you only do a certain stretch exercise versus mobility training. It's hard to translate the drawing to real world application.
I really like this type of content, I find it very interesting! It is difficult to find it out there even though it can be very helpful and useful to experiment it yourself and get to know your body. Thank you :)
