Have to carry them around as it seems. The Heat Company gloves have that little slot on the knuckles to slip one of those in. I totally agree, stables always takes longer than you plan =D And keeping the feet and hands warm is really important or otherwise you get pretty miserable pretty quick. So no cotton socks during the winter!

Being liquid in a bag they are a little heavy compared to the dry, one use oxidizer type heaters but the reusable nature of the Hot Snapz makes them well worth it. I spoke to the guy who owns the company that makes Hot Snapz and he gave me the tips on always boil them and store them in liquid form for longevity and the pre heat tip. I'm sure you'll love having them and they will become a normal part of your equipment. 👍

Before flying, make sure the battery of the drone is warm. Using a too cold battery may lead to malfunctions and uncontrolled force landings!

THIS! I have always been a bit bad with my personal finances but I have learned to a) save up money up front b) buy a thing I really want without compromise c) use it for a long period of time. For example I bought a pair of Red Wing boots for about $300 and I thought I never can justify it. However, I have had them for eleven years now so they are my cheapest pair of shoes because I tend to walk Vans sneakers ($80) beyond repair in less than a year. Solid advice from Montana. Thank you! @@leomannisto Haha.. I was in my socks getting ready to put on a pair of red wind boots I've had for years when I commented. That is a good example. I've felt the disappointment in buying cameras that I couldn't grow and expand with. The disappointment was not in the camera though, it was at myself for not having the foresight and patience to wait and get the best I could. 👍

Have not had a bird strike yet but some curious seagulls have been circling around the drone and I took the drone down before finding out if they were attack-curious. I am native Finnish speaker and it is a quite ”flat” language compared to English for example. I've been flying an old Force 1 with a HD sports cam attached below. There's no functions at all and no screen to see the picture, 100% you fly it manually. I've been saving money and contemplating getting a mini 4 pro w/RC2 controller which would be like going from a biplane to a fighter jet. Someday soon I may have "functions".. heh heh..

Me too! @andreassippus gave a good tip: If you don't have a card in your camera, leave the card door open and close it after you have inserted the card. I have fear to break the card door but otherwise that is a good tip for avoiding mishaps.

@@leomannisto Most my sports cams have no doors but my Canon does, and that's a great little tip on leaving it open! Nothing like setting up with a tripod to get that perfect shot, then seeing that "no card" when you turn the camera on.. Ugggh! 😅

That is truly horrible text to see on the display! I also tend to spread the cards out, I have the Jupio Tri-Charge with 3x SD + 2x Micro SD cards on it, one SD Card holder with some cards and in my drone emergency pouch with spare props and a screwdriver and cables I also have one extra micro SD for the drone (and an Micro SD -> SD adapter to use in the camera if the need arises). Like a squirrel hiding the peanuts and forgetting where they are. One day I will forget to take myself out to shoot =D

My nifty little ZV-E1 works juuuuust great with your LUT, next time I promise I will do more than just slap the LUT on the footage. I have an M1 Mini base model with 16Gb of 2021 I think and there has been M2/3/4/PRO/MAX but as the M1 mini still can handle the 4K Video without any hiccups, why bother. I don’t have anything against camera youtubers making money making reviews and I am sure they have some problems making those reviews and especially adressing negatives when you are paid to do the review and/or get the product in exchange. Some do disclose these matters very clearly and some are just prolonged ads with some vlog elements around the ad. And of course that’s how the marketing works, the embargo is lifted and the race begins who is the first to hype the new product and to be honest, I have fallen into that trap too. I just think that debt is such a burden that as a hobbyist it is not worth it. All the best and thanks for your point of view! 👍👍

I think that’s the only way to use credit card. I learned it the hard way - not bankruptcy hard - but nevertheless paying some pretty hefty amount of interest. And the CC companies are sneaky. If you are reaching the limit of the card they just pump it up a bit and send you a nice little note that we made it a bit easier for you to reach your dreams :) I am happy to hear that you look at it that way, I’ve heard that some people do the bankruptcy and they doesn’t change their behaviour at all. It didn’t suit me so well, because it is still technically debt. after I had paid those off I decided that I won’t do it ever again. It isn’t the dumbest thing either - if you don’t begin to buy like 50 items at the same time. 👍👍👍

i feel you brother. I think in Berlin you even have to call the authoroties every time you are about to take off. That’s pretty much the reason why I barely even fly in Germany, easier to travel abroad and fly there 😂 we have the exact same thoughts about this topic and it’s kind of tragic that there is no such thing as ”common sense” here. not that it should be a wild west but some bits are ever so slightly over-regulated.

@@unclejerry486 I actually ditched the Canon altogether and went for Sony. One of the biggest reasons being that when I travel with friends we can share things like batteries, lenses and accessories when on the road. Just be sure to mark everything you own. I havent shot with an R6 that much but I would maybe lean towards the R6 or R6Mk2. The R8 just felt a bit too flimsy and the small battery drove me a bit nuts. Loved the small size though.
