What a great job you did! I had a lot of fun with these two sets too. I did a version I found on the Rebrickable website and modified more to my liking.

Back in the early 2000's. I bought a lot off of ebay. I got great ship parts and the old rock BURP's. I had a great time working those into MOCS before I knew that was a thing.

Great job as usual! Today I got the 3 in 1 Modern House set (#31153). That would look like a fun set to MOC, but pretty much any set with an open back is fun to MOC.

Stellar build bud. What if you utilized the basement more, but going down stairs when you first walk in? That way, you could maybe work in another floor or give more space for other amenities. Keep up the great work!

Lovely MOC, loved the video up until you said nobody likes minidolls. I have to say minidolls are the reason I came back to lego as an adult. I find them to be more relatable than the blocky minifigures. I understand most prefer them, no problem with that. But to say NOBODY likes minidolls, was too much for me. Great build none the less. Loved how you made the exterior colorful sidewalk. Keep it up! 🙂

i didn't realize those gwp would match up to the mini modulars! i will go that way, having a few old mocs on that scale, but i have to say your 'upgrading' is worth an add on to any lego city, no matter what size!

Even in that size Lego can’t give people a complete building.

was thinking at first you had taken both the fruit shop and the flower shop and put them as one building, that could be interesting as well, with stairs in the middle maybe? this is awesome and love the concept. All the details of the fruit were great, and the coloring spot on.

Great idea to model the shops in minifig scale. I’m going to try the same with the flower shop. Thanks for the clever idea. I like it.

I don't know if I can say anything to add. I got one of the red Helicopter 04 if you reuse one you could add the cabinets. Or, add it on top where the Luke Lukalike pilot could land on top parked on top to eat in there.

This set is already listed as "retired product" 😑. Not even on shelves for a year and I can't find it for close to retail price.

This was a really great review man! I just picked this set up on clearance at Target for $60! It looked fun and at 50% I had to pull the trigger. Was thinking of reselling but your video made me think of cracking it open and building this summer!
