In this video I dialed in a bite with a Drop-shot rig while fishing two days at Waller Mill Park in Virginia. They rent Jon boats for $28 per day! @JohnnyStabile Yes its a different experience when reeling in a fish. Its like a winch. I also have a 14K on an OCEA Flex drive rod. Japanese version. I caught big Bluefish and Stripers like absolutely nothing with it. My next is a medium size. 6K on my 2024 OCEA Quick jerk I just got from Japan. But that's later down the road lol... 🎣

Last week I hooked a BIG clown knife under lily pads on a bonefish jig and thought it was a softshell turtle so didn't set the hook hard, lost it near the boat. That small open mouth heading straight at me looked like a softshell. Oh yeah, ticked the dead tree box a few times also.

Would like to know the difference between the super 16 vs LT
Super 16 is very similar to the lt-25. The finish is different though. The LT is more “custom” while the super 16 is more generic. Dimensions are very close

@lostgriz I bought an 18 maverick but if I could keep both I would. This boat is extremely versatile and even though I love the Maverick this Hewes is simply amazing.
Good prop will gain and mess with the plate. Nice little setup.
