  • In this video, Myself, Laura, and Gary travel through Tennessee to the great state of Kentucky to fish for stripers on the Cumberland river. When we arrived in Kentucky we were greeted by 30MPH winds and freezing rain. So we took advantage of being there and did some land based fishing at the Wolf Creek Damn and Trout Hatchery
    Homemade Smoked Trout dip;
    Besides smoked trout fillets you need only a handful of ingredients:
    cream cheese,
    capers,
    paprika,
    dill weed (fresh or dried),
    fresh chives,
    lemon (for zest and juice)
    You may want to season with salt & pepper after you make it, depending on how salty the smoked trout is. Taste the dip once you’ve mixed it and season accordingly.
    By way of equipment you will need a food processor, a zester (microplane grater) and a sharp chef’s knife plus a cutting board to finely chop up the chives.

    You gotta get up here in Michigan and go for Lake Michigan salmon during the summer, Saginaw Bay walleye through the ice. Whole different world I bet you'd have a blast experiencing.

    That’s not a snow storm, I’m a truck driver I’ve been in some really sketchy places. I’ve driven in white out conditions
