I swear the people who design these machines have never actually worked out . Had someone actually tried it ,maybe they would have noticed there’s not very good range of motion as the sled comes down. I find that unacceptable

Compared with the Rogue arms you had been using, is there much side to side movement when you have them set to a fixed path? In other words, if you lock their angle, do they move on a tightly fixed path or is there noticeable “play”.

I've got the plate loaded Syedee and it's extremely smooth for $550 shipped, the weight stack is definitely a nice feature on the TOG though.

Are the dane cable system smooth?

I bought this to replace a weight loaded cable tower and 4 post rack. Absolutely incredible piece of equipment. Didn’t realize how many movements I’d prefer doing in the smith it’s just so quick and easy to set up and have multiple stations for supersets going. Time saver and just feels more premium really enjoying my workouts. Got it in clear coat and it looks awesome!

Is this the pro version? I see they have an open and closed variation on their website. I’m looking to buy the one shown in your video

Is this securing the bar by a couple 1/4" thick finger tighten bolts? I saw another roller system and that's how it secured the bar. I guess if you haven't had any issues then it works, just seems the weak part of this equipment, great video otherwise.

If tou have upper cable pullys or can move them around, you can turn this into a back station too. Jammer arms with cables are probably the most bang for your buck. Multi machine home gym.
