Please try at least watching a very popular/high rated ep of one-piece even without context is fine, I feel like it would contrast how far had one piece's story line and animation had evolve throughout this year's! Top notch episode I can recommend is 1015, and a HUGE kinda spoiler but 1071 episode would be so good to watch and of course it's up to your decision! Don't worry about being new to anime concerning watching one piece. 😊 I've watched a lot of booktubers try manga, specifically one piece, as their first foray into the anime/manga world and they still enjoyed it 😇 It's easy to get into the series without a lot of experience with anime, manga, or japanese in general.

Consider, if you will, watching 3 or 4 episodes at a time, since they are rather short. About the same amount of time commitment as one of the live action episodes. I've seen other reactors do 3, though not many. You can do it and you're good at it so whatever I'm not your dad🎉

Yeah this series does a lot of foreshadowing, filler guides are your friend but the G-8 arc is a good filler arc to watch (it comes a little later). Most of the filler in One Piece is 3-5 episodes in between major arcs but sometimes there’s like a one episode filler in the middle of the arc itself. Again, the guides are your friend. You will figure it out! Watch whatever you think you need to, I guarantee the comments will tell you if you watch filler or not. It’s just content that was added that isn’t part of the manga. Also, shoutout to my fellow Ravenclaw!

Chouchou's section to focus on what's treasure..I believe its the first hook of the series.. Shanks is cool and all, but this imo clicks more with the new comers.

One piece side story are the best, it keep getting better each arc. Hope you enjoy it
