It's the quality of the food that makes Waitrose special. It's part of the John Lewis Partnership that is owned by a trust on behalf of all its employees.

Waitrose is a high-end grocery and retail store but their pricing reflects this. Favoured by middle to higher-income people, that don't need to watch their budget. When my local store closed down there was an uproar but they didn't change their mind. It is probably up there with Marks and Spencers.

People want to see the cybertruck because it's an oddity. It's good at going fast in a straight line from a stop. The Rivian is better by every other metric.

Those properties will be larger than you think, with many going way back, with basements and a third floor. The area was once inexpensive until films started being made in the area and it soon became gentrified, with lovies buying up homes. The notice about tourists is necessary as they have been known to walk into a property through open doors. Not to mention looking through windows and taking photos of the inside.
