Saturday night? I remember watching the show and I could have sworn it was on Friday nights. When Jeff McGregor (McLean Stevenson's son and host of The Dating Game at the time) was a guest, didn't he say your name reminded him of someone in the witness protection program?

It is important to remember this is not really what the late 60s were about. This is what corporate America thought the late 60s were all about and they manufactured these images to re-enforce that image. In reality (I was there) it was much less commercial, laid back, and spontaneous. It was an era of growing anger over Vietnam and Civil Rights as an older generation could not understand why we wanted things to change. The music and clothing was an expression of those differences. Sadly, there were always people interested in making a buck by exploiting this, and playing into the confusion and fears of those raised in the Depression and WW2, and movies like this captured that commercialization we were all fighting against and trying to improve way from. That said, interesting memories here! Just not reality.

ABOUT TIME we hear a warm mastering sound in new music! There has this been all our lives?! No "steel wool" sound, what a relief. Good riddance and don't come back. This track is going to be on a followup to Scooter's album "Cigarettes and Fishnets" released in 2007 under the name SAD SALAMANDERS. Excellent track to say the least!
