Greg was always an unreliable narrator, but the stories he told were still believable and had a "It's funny because it can happen to me" appeal. Nowadays they're just all over the place, completely wacky, and unbelievable. I mean, a cleaning machine becomes the school principal? Sorry, nope.

I’m excited to try these games out! Kind of wrote them off when I was younger and fell of the games after THAW, but recently picked them both up for PS2 and PS3. Interested to play through all of them! Another great vid, love the TH content!

I picked up Proving Ground for the DS on a whim, I was shocked with how much fun I’m having with it. Already beat it, but trying to 100% it now! It inspired me to pick up Sk8land and Downhill Jam on the DS. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised that Vicarious Visions knows how to make a Tony Hawk game. Great video!

I didn't even know that project 8 and PG have ps2 ports, thats crazy. Not nearly as insane as the downhill jam ports though, its not pretty, but that gba port is technically astonishing. How they got that working is bonkers to me.

Apologies if I had to clarify this a few hears later, but Season 4 WAS originally meant to be the finale to the series. Hence why the final episodes to that season felt like a proper ending when the Turtles completely decimated the Foot Clan and killed Shredder. Season 5 was actually requested by Nickelodeon in order to milk in what remaining popularity the 2012 show had left, as well as offer more time for the next TMNT series to be developed. This is likely why the title to the series changed to Tales of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when the season came out. As if to signal that this season was different and far afields from the narrative formula of the previous four. This Ironically isn't too uncommon for the franchise to do, as they've created additional seasons to their previous shows during their runtime for loosely similar reasons.

DOAWK is really a shell of its former self now. Oversaturated and exaggerated storylines, filler content irrelevant to the main event, too many social media references, and iconic characters being either axed or demoted to just a background prop.

Fun Fact: Vicarious Visions, who developed most of the handheld Tony Hawk ports, would end up working on the fastest-selling game in the franchise, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2.

I think the sole reason has to do with today's standards, Or maybe jeff kinney is running out of ideas, Eitherway, Wimpy kid's audience is decreasing year by year because of how advanced technology is getting, It's a shame that so many young kids won't experience peak humor. I just read the first book a week ago and still cracked a few laughs, Jeff kinney's creations are ahead of his time.
