Hi, this is KS. when I came here in 2001, down town Vancouver was declined city. But now it became one of great spots. I go there a lot but it is difficult to find parking spots especially weekend. when a new parking will be available?

The never ending project. I recall when it was a rock quarry and there was no 192nd access from hwy 14. That was back when this was a great region. My family and i are leaving due to the growth in clark county and some unconstitutional laws that were put in place in Washington.

I notice that out by RIDGEFIELD, near I-5, things are being cleared out and construction beginning on...something/s. What might they build right near a Freeway? What might the people already living in that area wish for? What happens when all the Farmland is bought up and developed? Hmm. On another note-- FINANCING, when you live alone. Suppose you want to move into a 55+ manufactured home park but have zero money saved up for a down payment. Question; Do people ever get a Loan from their Credit Union or Bank, just big enough for a down payment? Can this be done? What sorts of things might a loan dept want for "collateral"? Really enjoying your videos. Informative! :)

Camas is most definitely the spot to live here in Vancouver. I’m in central Vancouver area but luckily was able to find a place affordable to us in Camas/eastern wa side.

A tip for those out of city or state: some landlords or property managers are willing to give virtual video call tours. Of course it's always better to see it in person, but if you don't have the time or funds to make various long distance trips, you can inquire if they offer video tours.

I literally had top stop your video right after you smirked and smiled real big after the most closed minded judgemental stigma i want to have a heart towards this but I dont hahaha before you go speaking on things you don't really care about do your research. people like you are what makes me want to work even hard to prove poeple do recover people do get better if they werent denied the help by agencies or all the stignma from people like you maybe they would still have hope but its been taken from them and yeh mental health is the biggest thing behind it beside your man made drugs put out by our government and the rich and powerful. Guess what I was homeless for 5 years and technicallly still am i licve in safestay community and i just took my exam to be a certified peer councler I have job that is do rewarding and i live eveday knowing i made a difference because I got and pick up the garbage and give garbage bags out the individuals experiencing challenges such as homelessness. we are humas and have the same rights as you do. You should really go educate yourself with the facts before you go assuming.
