I feel the IMAGE has been intentionally manipulated and given false representation especially in the entertainment world and product sales. We need to be discerning.

While the PIE Model focuses on building a strong professional image, it emphasizes authenticity and genuine representation. In some scenarios though, I feel the IMAGE part of PIE has been somewhat abused either with eye service, unhealthy competitions and not actually focusing on personal branding
Thanks for your comment! You're absolutely right that image can sometimes be misused in professional settings. Unhealthy competition and empty displays definitely don't build a strong personal brand. In the next couple of video in this series, we'll be diving deeper into the "Image" slice and how to cultivate a genuine and authentic professional persona that reflects your skills and values.
I think the three (Performance, Image and Exposure) all need our attention. None should be left out. Each have their role and goals in one's professional path.
