Good question, Joy. This is a difficult one to navigate, I must say. I've had to work with one at one point in my career journey. One thing that I will suggest first is that you should focus on the Job to be done (JTBD). Maintain a professional demeanour and focus on delivering high-quality work. This would make it harder him/her to target you. Do not forget to stay cool, calm and collected in the face of it all. Always remember to document instances that you can tender when push comes to shove. I'd love to do video on this soon.
