Hey guys, Happy Easter!! Here's a leftover makeover recipe you can use any time of the year, to fill your family up and enjoy the last bits of that ham! There is no recipe but I do have a different method to tell you about.
If you want to do this recipe in the crock -pot, this is what I do. I fill the crock with the ham bone and the water, with the onion as well. Then cover and cook on low for up to 16 hours! Then I strain this mixture, and put my beans, (I almost always us pinto beans) that I'm soaking in water while I'm cooking the ham stock.
