PANCAKE WINGS!! GET READY FOR THE CHIEFS TO TAKE THE DAY!!!

Hey guys, well today I'm sharing something I'm calling, Pancake Wings. These wings are different, easy, and so delicious. Lets get started.
No amounts here, just use what you need.
For the wings
Wings
Buttermilk to cover
Pancake mix to coat
Seasonings if you like
Oil to fry
For the sauce
Butter
Syrup
Salt
I soaked my wings in buttermilk for a few hours, then I coated them in pancake mix. I let all of my fried chicken set for 10-15 mins after I bread it. It dries, and I believe that the coating sticks better. Its really that easy, I didn't do much in the way of seasoning the mix, just a teaspoon of salt, but you could go nuts. This was my first time making these, so I wanted to see how the flavors would be simply done. I will make these again, and I would season that mix with a Cajun rub! Happy Super Bowl
The only note I have is not to fry too hot guys. You dont want that mix to burn so fry around 325-350 ish.

What an awesome creation I just love that pancake wings. Great choice on leading the wings soak in buttermilk overnight really tender riser to them and enhances the flavor. And just padding on the pancake mix and frying them to a golden brown and that syrup butter mixture Yum
