Hi Nikky. I love your videos. You have incredible strength. I used to be strong like you when I was your age. But I'm 74 now. And I have just been through lung cancer. The radiotherapy was harsh. I do still love my garden. But it's pretty much how I want it. You live in a beautiful area. And so nice you have all your family close. You obviously have a good relationship with your brother. I'm so sorry you lost your donkey. Life can be so cruel. I look forward to all your videos. Keep up the good work. And always stay safe.

Love this! You look great biking in France must have been a fantastic holiday! I use a small ebike to take my miniature ponys for their daily exercise.🐎 I am learning some good stuff from your videos 🎉 we live in Canada I don't remember reaching 38°C here the hottest day maybe 36°. We don't get many days in the summer over 30. We have hair sheep, goats, horses and ponies. 9 dogs all working dogs. ❤ I work all day long if I want to never a dull moment always lots to do. One day I want to build my own tiny house. My son and bf can hire a cleaner for the big house. 😂

The cinematography in your videos coupled with the music is absolutely beautiful. You do a lot of work at the cottage but you somehow make it look and feel peaceful and fulfilling. Love watching your videos. Thank you!

I live in Ontario Canada. We have a cottage on a lake and off the dock, there are lots of water Lillies and other plants that interfere with our boat’s motor. So, a couple of times a year, we use an old mattress spring (a mattress that has been stripped down to the spring in the middle) and we throw it off the dock with a rope attached and we use it to pull up vegetation in areas we want to control. It’s so effective and quick that our neighbour also uses it from time to time. So next time you find an old mattress, you might want to give it a try. It does the job of 10 rakes. lol

Hoi Nikky, heb nog niet lang geleden je kanaal ontdekt. Heel verfrissend om te zien, gewoon en niet commercieel. Mooie opnames van de natuur. Ik heb misschien een rare vraag, welke pannenkoekmix gebruik jij? Handig uit zo’n pot om 1 pannenkoek te maken, ik ben ook singel en veel verpakkingen zijn niet voor 1 persoon geschikt. En de spray die je in de pan spuit, welke is dat? Veel handiger dan boter. Ik hoop dat je nog heel lang filmpjes blijft maken. Groetjes, Petra uit Limburg

I love how close you are to your family. I think I started thinking more about living closer to my sister after I found your channel. I live near my younger brother now, in southwest Florida, but it is very expensive and our financial situations are very different. I am getting priced out, he is not. So I wanted to say thank you for reminding me how important family is. In the past, I might have thought of changing locations and going it all alone. Now I am realizing how much I have missed being near my sister all these years. So many experiences we can still have….

I’m still catching up on earlier videos but did you ever do a video on how you found your tiny cottage? I know it’s on wheels. I am like u, love the animals and the outdoors and I don’t need much to make my happy so living small suits me. I’m in an apartment that is 288 square feet and it’s all I need so a tiny house is what I want eventually. Or I should say, tiny abode, as it can take many different forms.

We love our fur babies don't we? Our Elisabeth was the same, we had her 17 years, and she went from the most energetic crazy border collie, to having to be lifted up and down the stairs and into bed. Bless her. We miss her so much xxx

Very beautiful surroundings, you are blessed to live in such a beautiful environment with your beautiful animals 💕 I’m not an expert on plants but I think it helps to break up the roots at the end of each plant before putting it in a new pot, perhaps some new soil added would also be good 🌸

France is wonderful! I wish I could visit but I know I never will! Love the brick roads, flowers and vineyards! The towns and the countryside just lovely! And (2) four leaf clovers and the sound of the church bells ringing in the distance. Thank you so much for bringing all of us with you! Enjoyed your brother in this video! My brother and I had a similar close relationship unti his passing in 2006. Thank you for allowing me to re-live that through you. What a long yesteryear treat!
