Islander watches continue to release incredible value packed watches aimed at watch enthusiasts and I think they get better every year. This Islander JFK GMT, ISL-206 is my second Islander GMT watch and my fifth Islander watch overall. It's not perfect, but its 100% worth checking out if you haven't yet added Islander to your watch box.

It would be easy to assume that Erebus watches, and in particular this new Ascent watch - are immensely popular based solely on the success of the Just One More Watch youtube channel and Jodys sizeable and loyal following. Casio are the darling of the watch community (god tier etc I hear you) but I have struggled to find a Casio watch that I actually really like. I have tried many, I have had many Casio G-Shocks for work and I respect them greatly... but nothing I want to wear for myself. I tried the Casio Oceanus, I tried a lower cost full metal Casio and it did not work. Today, that changes - enter the Casio GM...

Tag Heuer watches are not cheap if you go into a Tag Heuer retail store. For many watch collectors this can be a real put-off, but the great thing about these watches is that they depreciate A LOT. Skeleton watches aren't for everyone but they are for me. I enjoy seeing a mechanical watch proudly display its movement from the front... and seeing it tick internally, not just externally.
