Idk man, Frieren score of 9.32 stars 8 months after finished airing seems unnatural. I didn't watch it, so I can't say how good it is, but the score is just unbelievably huge.

Probably the worst arc of re:zero is the seventh or one of the first two, but in essence the difference is minimal and here we are talking more about the subjective perception of the viewer than about a real decrease in quality. The situation is absolutely the same with anime. I can't say that there is a difference between the first second and third seasons in anything other than animation. I love them equally and they totally get the job done.
