People can laugh uncomfortable feelings and sadness away. It's not common, but it happens, Connor definitely laughed because of the uncomfortable situation, his laugh is definitely not out of joy.
There’s like, zero depth here tbf, like, I haven’t watched these characters for a whole bunch of episodes to build an emotional connection, so I get Connor lol
@ that is understandable, I was the same. I can see Connor laughing cuz they try to manufacture these emotions in like a minute, and sometimes it really just doesn’t work, and it’s almost funny they try, and maybe therefore the laugh.
Someone talking sense at last. Manufactured and predictable. It wasn’t earned. He’s just not a sucker for that. The more evolved and experienced you are, the more sophisticated writing or acting needs to get before it can pull off moving you. I think he got a dopamine kick from predicting what was happening and then he had to remember his audience and reign it back in.
This reminds me of that CC that got 3 Miyabi without losing 50/50 (and two of them gotten at the same 10 pull). Well.... He was crying river at this short though
I watched this not long after I watched the Side+ clip of KSI talking about his hamster dying, and the other lads ending up laughing hysterically. I think some of us British have a thing about wanting to laugh at sad or inappropriate moments. It's happened to me too several times. I guess it's a "subversion of expectations" kind of thing. It's such an inappropriate time to laugh that it somehow becomes too funny not to.
Some people express sadness with nervous laughter. You especially find that with people who feel that crying is more of a personal thing and when you're in front of an "audience" the emotion comes out as nervous laughter. Nothing wrong with either reaction.
@@mob806 I think I'd be a little concerned if a well written story, or movie, or even a piece of music doesn't evoke some sort of emotion in a person. There are modulations in music that kick something in the human brain to experience a bit of empathy. I don't know, if you're someone that says well written things don't move you (fiction or non-fiction) then I might be concerned about being alone in the dark with you. Might be concerned for small pets, too.
CONNOR NOOO 🤣🤣🤣 Its so funny how different minds react to things. Connor's reaction is actully quite normal, we sometimes laugh as an emotional reflex when the situation is so ridiculous or beyond bad, our brains cant comprehend the emotions. Hilariously bad reaction nonetheless 😂😂
Never saw it either, context clue time What we see in this vid is her being covered by crystals all over her body, probably an infection of sorts that required her to be dead for the child to be safe afterwards. Context clue ended
Yea, it's a pretty normal reaction when you have 0 connection to the character you are watching TBF. Gigguk reacted that way bcuz he's invested, and Connor is not, really that simple.
Since when does connor do gacha games? I thought all he was into was pvp shooters? I didnt think any of hoyos games is his cup of tea. Hoyo should sponsor folks that actually play their games...😅
If you think the CCs you watch regularly care about any game or its stories or characters as much as you do, you must be naive. You have to be. Some probably care about the content they produce & it's good for the viewers if they are not serving reaction slop regularly. But for most of them it's transactional. They are streaming the game to entertain you & make a bank. That's it. And there's nothing wrong about it. And everyone has different tastes, their opinions will obviously vary. Their opinions & "reactions" for appreciation shouldn't' affect how you feel about your favorite game or anime or whatever. Just watch the content & move on.
Pretty much why i avoid Connors reactions for something that im invested in😆 (dont percieve this comment in a worst tone possible as internet loves to do)
Well, the japanese dub is much better here in this kind of sense. There, it's Crystal clear the mom is dieing and her voice is getting weaker and weaker, and Miyabi is holding back tears. But man, never go to japan or an anime themed store there if this reminds you of nasty things. Because there, you can hear similar kind of voices blasted on full volume 😂 from screens showing anime pvs, commercials etc.
the reason why Garnt got 2 miyabis in a 10 pull and Connor lost 50/50
LMAFOOO gacha gods at work!
REAL LOL
He WHAT
(Saw the clip, nah that's gotta be rigged man 😭)
No way connor plays zzz?
Hope Connor still has that therapists' contact number lmao
Connor laughed because he was coping to the death of a milf.
Connor is the type of person to laugh away his sadness I know it
I was thinking the same. I have some friends who always try to laugh away at the sad situations
Garnt having a whiplash from Burnice brain rot to this lmao
This is an unfair comparison. Garnt has resting sad face.
Connor just got that dawg in him
Connordawg
Say that again?
Connor: IT WAS MISS INPUT!!! MISS INPUT!!!
"CALM DOWN! YOU CALM THE FUCK DOWN!"
CALM TF DOWN IT WAS MISINPUT
YOU CALM TF DOWN
Jesus it was a missinput calm down
Connor laughing at suffering is why they got him to narrate 'Get to Work'.
"And then she stabbed her, funniest sh*t i ever saw"
This gives me the same vibes as XQC laughing at the Last of us rabbit lol
British defense mechanism
Anything is better than showing true feeling
Garnt would watch and enjoy this regardless he's sponsored or not, Connor is only watching because he's sponsored.
He is the Genshin streamer after all
not necessarily, there are people for who it is hard to process their emotions and they would either laugh or don't react at all
That makes sense. Good to know.
@@Hronika-kw5pleh, I don't think this ia about being insensitive, it's just simply you can tell which one is emotionally invested and which one is not

Connor just reminded me of when Eren started laughing when Sasha died lmao
Spoilers
You have to know that Connor cope emotions with laughter lol
I think its explained in his session with dr. K

It's more common then you think
Hope someone will fix Connor. I am genuinely praying for him
oh god connor's coping mechanism instantly kicked in, this is why you sponsor this guy only for the fun stuff
No, you feel sad because you know the character . If you don't know the character, it's just random npc dieing

Connor use laughter to hide the pain Harold
Here we see a prime example of someone who hasn't played league of legends in a long while vs someone who played league for 100 hours within the month

Cant escape the gooner game alle... Why am I crying now
