dissapointed that almost all you did was focus on the la galaxy attack, sounders have the best defense record in the league... its a classic soaring offense vs rock solid defense battle. saying the sounders "need 3 goals to win" is shallow analysis and as a first time listener, shows me that you are just like all the other media that just focuses on the goalscorers and attacking teams. the sounders have shown time and time again over the years that they have will have a game plan to keep any important match close, whether it is changing formation or having players across the roster step up. it could very easily be 3-1 galaxy but it should not be as straightforward as yep the galaxy have scored 5 goals per game in the playoffs so the sounders need to score 3-4 goals to win. would anyone really be surprised if it was 2-1 sounders or 2-1 galaxy?

7:00 I disagree. I hope Seattle does go all out attack, because then I see the Galaxy curb-stomping them. LA Galaxy is very good in transition, and will very likely win any open game. Seattle's best hope is to not give up an early goal, and to sit back and counter. This way they can exploit Galaxy's vulnerabilities in preventing defensive transitions (especially if Reus starts over Delgado), and win 1-0 or 2-1, or go to penalties (where they'll have the advantage against a Galaxy side who are uniquely awful at taking PKs). I agree with the 3-1 prediction though. 12:00 Strong disagree here. Redbulls have been very fortunate this playoff run. So many missed chances by NYC and Columbus. Anything is possible but they are by far the weakest of the four remaining teams. I'd say 2-0 to Orlando.

If the Sounders open up and try attacking with too many bodies forward, they’ll be giving up goals. But there was worry about Minnesota’s 5-4-1 formation being too much for the Galaxy to score against and they scored 6. So we will see what happens.

LA Galaxy have one of the Leagues best offenses, but are going up against the MLS's best defense. LA Galaxy didn't have much success against the Sounders during the season this year, so it should be good a match for Seattle.

The Galaxy had 1 loss after leading this year. They lost To Chicago after scoring first. But other wise they’ve been incredible this year when scoring first.

My Atlanta fought well in Macaroni Tony's honor. He was killed (Murderer is in Jail) a week before Decision Day. Day One Supporter. He Always had a smile whenever you saw him. The Club and Us the Supporters ignited because of him. Rest in Power Macaroni Tony.

As a Galaxy fan Seattle makes me nervous. They lack offense but their midfield and defense is very experienced and disciplined. Probably the best in the league. If we want to win, we need to be much faster than them.

I hope Galaxy win it. NYRB look tough and you can never count out Seattle. They have experience and coaching in these big games. Hopefully Galaxy get Orlando, that would be an easier matchup for them.

ATL fan here. Completely agree with the assessment. I feel our energy wasn’t there during the game and losing our two strikers about 45 minutes in to one really didn’t help. May not have made a difference in the end, but excited to see who we bring for next season. I’m rooting for RBNY now but Galaxy look untouchable. Competing like they’re playing for a European league at this level. I hope we see more teams rise to that standard over time

If it's not the Sounders representing the West, than I will take NY RB against the LA Galaxy. I really hope this win over LAFC wasn't our MLS Cup Final and we simply get ripped apart by Puig and the squad... This Galaxy team is now reminiscent of the an attack LAFC of the last few years and even furthermore the Landon Donovan, David Beckham, and Robbie Keane era Galaxy....

Whether it's a good idea FOR MLS is an open question. But from Apple's perspective they aren't looking at the games on their own. They expect MLS viewers to be buying other content. Kind of like a "loss leader" at the grocery store, except it isn't a loss.
