Series60 Valve Adjustment Tips. Used 04 TS-43 as there was no sticker on Valve Cover.

I didn’t have the focus to show injector height and Jake brake adjustments. With the Jake’s though, I like to put a smaller feeler gauge between piston and valve, then tighten down, hold for the time determined from the workshop manual, then back off till the feeler gauge falls out. Then carefully adjust to spec. Because if you go too far back, you gotta start all over. Very frustrating process...

So the mechanics that came to help me think that it is the TCM module. So I have sent it into a guy in America. Hopefully he can fix it. Until then I'm pretty stuck. Actually had another issue. I was going to tow my rig back home, but someone disconnected my engine battery solar power. So I could not retract my slides. I tried to transfer the house batteries to the engine batteries with the battery share button on the dashboard, and that worked for a while, like maybe 30 seconds, and now I've lost all power in my ignition switch. Even though my batteries are all charged up. It's just dead in the ignition now. Do you think there's a fuse that can solve this problem underneath the dashboard?

@@jamesbondaygee kilo whiskey Joe is one of my other RUclips accounts. As far as your battery issue, I’d say charge up both batteries before jumping to a fuse or wiring issue. But it could be a large mega fuse is blown. There might even be a large circuit breaker that could be reset. They’re usually about the side of a small cell phone for say a 250 amp breaker. Look for a red button to depress or a lever that pops out to the side that needs to be pushed back in.
