Do you think it's possible for an avg gal with just stuff from my personal home and no money to be able to make 1650 in less than a week on ebay? I do least already have my payment all cleared and set up that was obnoxious after I sold something I got all excited only to find out its on hold for 2 weeks, then they ended up charging me nearly 45$ for a 200$ item with all the stupid fees I wasn't aware of. The buyer some reason registered his account in Costa Rica yet his shipping adress is Miami, so with this little extra bit of new info, eBay charged ME 5$ for a dang international!?! Seriously. Then I go to get the shipping label, which I'm proud to say I'm extremely good on that part and used to run an ebay store 20yrs ago selling my custom abstract metal art work, very good experience. I learned all the ins and outs of ebay selling and stores. I also learned to make my own custom boxes for large items and found a shipping company who was awsome...But boy times sure have changed. I mossied on down my screen to find shipping details about to right click and send and edit to my label app and printer but then i saw a button that made it appear i was supposed to click on, and not at all seemed like itd be some costly button to press didn't think itd be like some permanent final click that makes my whole sale almost dang pointless, so ya i clicked on "print your shipping label"..HA..HA. ...hahaha oh yes stupid seller me, ebay got me on that one didn't they...I mean I have a dang label printer at home and every shipping material you could imagine and they straight just charged me 28$ for a freaking USPS priority label to Miami from PDX when i clicked one dam misleading wrong button. no no no no no no NOOOO, not ok. I'm furious with Ebay right now they've changed and jacked up absolutely everything I used to love and appreciate about Ebay

The work *Cyber_upi* does is vital, the world needs more people like you. I love the podcast so you put it up. I love listening and seeing people happy to have their account up and running again. Keep up the good work, it takes good hearted people and the guts to do this. There should be entire Uber apartment buildings filled with people doing things like this to protect and serve their own employees. That would be tax money well spent

This is so confusing . My older sister, age 72, is on SSI , her SS is to low for surviving . She was getting used articals from church friends, and ,selling on eBAY . It gave her enjoyment, I bought things from her. She was wore down, trying to understanding what gov was doing with taxing people that are poor for $5,000 . She sold less than 3,000 in 2023, afraid she would loose her SSI, she gave it up. I live in Ca , she in Mississippi, I pay her electrict and gas bill to help out. It's disgusting the waste of tax $$, our Gov does and poor people barely survive.They cause this kind of bewildering and perplexing confushion over a few dollars. I find it disgusting!

Mercari honestly blows. I made 100 sales of the same item. Suddenly I was banned, and they didn’t tell me why. Just said I “violated terms of service”. Stole my money, won’t give a specific reason. Stick with eBay

Oh my gosh, I just found your channel and I'm so impressed. I hope you'll feel inclined to make a video on the new Poshmark fee changes. I wonder if it's illegal to charge these hidden fees given that there are regulations on charging card processing fees. Do you know of anyone who practices this type of law who can speak to that? Moreover, how will this affect the future of reselling on platforms other than eBay. There was a single article published on this which stated that mercari lost 44% of their workforce when they started charging buyers extraneous fees. Why a business would make such a stupid decision is beyond me... How were your sales on mercari affected by those changes, i wonder?
