There's better topics to discuss than this. It's a lazy subject. Root for whoever you want to root for. You don't have to try this hard to make the title game interesting. It does an injustice to the coaches and players that have fought this hard to get there, only to distract from the actual game and create a storyline that connects to Nebraska.

College football has always been cyclicle. In the 70s it was the old Big 8 with Huskers and Oklahoma winning championships. In the 80s it was the Florida schools. In the 90s Huskers came back. In the 2000s it was USC, Oklahoma, Texas, Then the SEC. Now the B1G.

When you can't cheat anymore and you are can't compete with Nick Saban anymore it is as simple as that. Also the Complete media bias when it comes to ranking and coverage.
