Does the water cooled electric motor freeze and crack ?
@@nathantmontgomery1819 it has a glycol based coolant, exactly like in cars, so no freezing
"I'll be doing easy riding." Skips forward in video to instant wheelie. Love it! If there is anything I can do to make sure that these are street legal in the USA please reach out!
Will you guys allow monthly payments like 200$ a month until its complete to 13,000$ (the e bikes price)?
We'll try to work with local credit providers to enable financing options, yes
@@FluxMotorcycles awesome! Thank you so much 😅
cmon, that terrain was not enduro, you could do that with a city bike, show us something impresive
It's definitely not hard enduro, but it's something a lot of riders do with these bikes and a reference point. We are being completely transparent counting only real riding time and showing you the tipe of terrain this was done on. Extreme enduro is a bit sketchy right now, we can't afford to throw prototypes down big hills, so we're taking it gradually. We'll post other tests in the future, including extreme, and you can count on it being done honestly.
so the rear brake is on the left hand? wasnt that the digital clutch?
What are the real-life 0-100km/h times for this bike?
@@LammensB about 3 seconds
What are the real-life 0-100km/h times for this bike?
If it’s gonna be on par or better than the stark varg at a cheaper price I’m all in
i hope its more affordable than the stark
Nice yamaha front and ktm headlight realy nice desing lol
@@W-M0T0 it’s a development prototype, we don’t care about plastics at this point.
@@FluxMotorcycles Seems to be a overall good bike tho 🙏🔥🔥
Will be a version without a footbrake for the rear? And it is a possibility for a factory Supermoto version? (maybe roadlegal?)
Yes and yes :)
@@FluxMotorcycles O.O holy s.... COUNT ME IN!
I want one. Looks more advanced than Stork Vorges
Do you Guys make the fluxprimo in belguim ?
It’s made in Slovenia! If you mean is it going to be sold in Belgium, the answer is YES 🙌
Nice......
Is there any way I can win one 😂 Great results though 👏 👌
Sure, you buy a 13.000€ ticket and you’re in great shape to win 😇
@@FluxMotorcycles 😂😂😂 great response
When can I buy this
outlook is to start production end of 2025
So this is a contender. I’m between NOW this and the artic leopard. No jackshaft 🤟. Give me the ability to level two charge or dc.
@@hollowedentity7097 level2 is AC and would need an onboard converter (which would need to be heavy to be fast). But DC is doable, would you be charging this at car DC fast chargers?
@@FluxMotorcycles beeing able to charge this thing at a car charger would be the absolute selling point for me. The supermoto scene would love this thing. A fully legal supermoto with this much power and so little maintenance is unheard of.
@@FluxMotorcyclesyes I was thinking of stark varg but as soon as I saw this with fully street legal I changed my mind. But definitely need a way to fast charge at Tesla and other electric stations. Maybe add the option to buy a converter for both. A lot more Tesla charging stations in North America than other ones
Street legal enduro version? Yes please!
that's the idea!
This is not how battery usage calculations work... Charge it full, then run it to 0%, anything else is disingenuous.
It's way more than any other EV company's done so far. The % are based on charge (energy content) in the cells, so the totals aren't much off mark. Ofc you might say we can cheat, but then we can cheat the whole test. If you don't want to take the total, you can at least take home how far 43% got us on this ride.
@@FluxMotorcycles It's definitely a good start, absolutely. Definitely a step in a more open direction rather than promises of figures that evaporate under testing! I'd still like to see a full range test rather than extrapolated range figures at some point though. Thanks for the reply :-)
Please make sure it can be street registered and legal. Alot of countries need registered bikes to ride state forests tracks.
yep, that is the plan, hence the lights!
I love the virtual clutch i think it would be awesome for stunt riding with a shorter lever and a dual back brake setup
Seems reasonable
The important question is: WHERE IS IT MADE? And where are the parts manufactured? I don't want no made in China or whatever. I want a bike made in the US or EU. Why would I want that may you ask? Because chinese bikes are bad? No, but because I want to support western industry.
Well it’s made in the EU, specifically Slovenija. Where Akrapovič exhausts and Tim Gajser is from
Thanks guys , is this competing with the stark varg? Or more like the dust ?
With the Varg

Какой вес байка?
The Primo is 122kg with everything as you see and heavy duty tubes. We'll likely lose some kg before the production bike.
Effectivement c'est encore un peu lourd ! Je trouve déjà la Stark trop lourde lol
Супер!!! Когда в серию???
Production bike reveal end of 2024, deliveries to start in Q4 of 2025. That's the rough timeline.
Where do you buy front and rear light for Stark varg please ?! KTM ?? Really need one. Ty in advance
This is a Flux Primo, not a Stark. We have a 12V power supply, on the Stark you need an extra battery.
🦍🦍🦍
I am a little confused, you started with less battery and finished with more?
19% battery left at the end of the test, from 88% at the start.
This is SICK!!
How much, cac it be shipped to Canada 😮
The Primo is our development platform, we plan to reveal the production bike end of 2024 and start delivering in Q4 of 2025. That includes Canada! If you want, you can put an early reservation in at our website www.fluxmoto.co
Finally a serious e-dirt bike with a clutch! It's like these other manufacturers have never ridden trials or technical terrain... Well done.
Thank you 🥰
@@FluxMotorcycles so the rear brake is on the left hand? wasnt that the digital clutch?
and also, no video doing some hard core enduro moves??
@@neoskhaos the lever can do both functions either separately or simultaneously with our algorithm. The rider can chose to his/her preference.
Mountain biker here, looking to get into the electric dirt bikes. Since the left-hand lever has a digital clutch, would it still be possible to swap left and right levers, in order to have the front brake on the left hand, such as in my MTB?
in theory yes. In practice you're better off swapping the brakes on the bike and getting used to right hand front, to be honest
Want one for enduro
Working on it 👊
Why is this bike getting so little attention? I see the Stark everywhere.
Because they’re literally spending millions on advertising. We’re early stage and don’t have the funding for bigger moves yet, but we’ll get there. Currently all visibility is purely organic and we appreciate if you share 🤝
@@FluxMotorcyclesthanks for the reply. send me one I’ll test the hell out of it for you here in Hawaii doing hard enduro. I’d like to see how that digital clutch works.
@@ChrisKAloha we aren't in the "send the bikes around the world" phase, we'll get there in 2025. Until then, Europe has plenty of Enduro to test on :)

Target release date for motoross version? I might get the flux primo MX version before my DEC 17 2021 Stark order!! hahaha!!
We’re early stage, the target is releasing the production bike end of 2024 and start deliveries in Q4 of 2025. Maybe you can get an axe to pass the time 😏🤠
@@FluxMotorcycles dying hahahahahahh. That number of the beast reference was pretty cringe in the video.
How does it keeps the bike from rolling away in the event that the the rider fails a steep ascent. I usually use TKO to avoid bike roll back on my EM escape R. I think this is important feature for no engine brake bike to avoid dangous event.
A feature in the plan is a hill hold - stopping the bike from rolling in reverse, does that solve your concern?

👌👌⚡️⚡️📈📈
Love it! Are there going to be preproduction test rides in Hessen, Germany for the Enduro version?
Thanks! Not sure on the locations right now, we’ll see going forward. The Primo is a development platform, pre-production is the next milestone!
Я правильно понимаю, этот мот в одном экземпляре пока, да?
Yes, the Primo is our proof of concept. We're working on getting to the next step, which is the production bike.
I am hoping for some improvements still on the battery side. I need to travel around 67km in one go where most of the distance, I need to ride around 80-110kmh, which will probably not be possible on one charge still.
Yeah that will probably be on the limits (or over) for the Primo. For the production bike the main design driver is more range, so we’ll probably be able to cover your use case, but we’ll see when we get there.
I'm wondering for someone who will preferably use it mostly for supermoto use, will the charger be some what reasonable of size? And be able to fast charge at local charging stations? Because the varg has a massive charger that you wouldn't be able to carry around.
Check our instagram, the 220V plug charger is like a small backpack, not integrated in a stand. For fast charge you need a DC charging station.
Very cool to see. Will the supermoto version or the other models be road legal in europa ? Another very nice thing would be if i could charge the battery with a ccs2 plug so i could use public infrastructure.I dont know if this is even possible from a technical standpoint ?
It will be road legal in Europe yes. This being a 400V system it IS technically possible to charge from a CCS2. The decision is either mount the huge plug on the bike or have an adapter for this use case.
I like the whirring of the gearbox, nice to have some sound unlike other electric bikes
It's a prefference thing and ultimately it just boils down to either using spur or helical gears, which is easy enough to change if needed
@@FluxMotorcyclesThank you for having specified that; it is consistent with the fact that, according to what I’ve read, the reason for which driving in reverse gear in cars makes that whirring noise is that the gears for reverse are spur gears, whereas for the other gears they are helical and that the helical ones are quieter. Anyhow, is the rider of the video Marko Ukota? If he is, considering the skills that he has shown racing supermotos here in Italy, I think he is quite the right person for that video with some drifting!
@@MVPever it is indeed!
What really makes it special is the swappable battery
I love seeing powerfull, electric, road legal bikes (im more interested in the Enduro as you can go into the woods without disturbing anyone) but how fast does it go topspeed? The problem is always having only one gear. I have built an electric bike myself (15kw) and if you have the low gearing you dont have any topspeed and with the long gearing you cant blast out of the corners as good. I know electric bikes have more torque than gas bikes but i think we need electric bikes with more than one gear.
Geared like in the video the top is about 160 kmh. Electric has a hard time with sustained high speeds and long travel distances. That's why a Supermoto (& off-road) makes sense, it's not meant to travel at 180 kmh. There are some options with gears on the market, you can see drawbacks. Aside from the obvious cost/complexity/maintenance, it also takes away precious volume, so you need to put the battery up higher. The result is a bike with either less range or rides like a pork. It makes sense for some very specific use cases, but there's a reason 99% EVs are single gear.
😮🤩🤩 very good!
this is sick! would love to ride one!
