Having good manager is really important here. Literally their job is to manage the talent, taking care of their well beings. On the other hand they have to deal with the upper management too. Of course talents have the last word in rejecting job offers, but their managers still have to be the ones who go to the meetings with the higher ups to report the talents' decision. The managers have to be strong enough to to deal with expectations from both sides.

It took for chat to be angry and lots of convicing for her to eat some more. She loves her veggies and rarely ate meat so it was hard for her to gain weight.
