01:15:00 can relate so so much! I started therapy early 2023, had like 4 sessions and felt a big improvement. I wasn‘t on a therapy plan yet, we were still using the free sessions up (don‘t know about the system here in Germany, but I had 6 or 8 sessions that my insurance just covered) but I felt so much better already…and then everything came back full force, psychosomatic symptoms and all and I felt worse then ever before. I crawled back to my therapist, got on medication and have since then applied for my second therapy plan already - best thing I could ever have done for myself. I‘m thriving mostly 😊

Just throwing this in as a US seller, the best way to figure out what kind of tax licensing you need as a business/freelancer is to contact your state's Department of Revenue. I am from Wyoming, and the only license I had to apply for was a sales tax remittance license, which enables me to collect and send WY sales tax to the DOR. No business license was required. But of course, this all varies by state. Etsy collects and remits sales tax on your behalf, so really, you probably don't need a sales tax license if you are strictly Etsy selling , but I think it's good to cross your T's and dot your I's when it comes to the legality of running a business. Plus, once you have your licenses, you can legally operate at local craft shows and fairs selling your work! Some states charge for licenses while others don't, as well. WY charges 60$ for a license while the one I got for Nebraska was free. Definitely reach out to your state's Department of Revenue office with any questions you have and they can point you in the right direction. :)

Hey! Some food for thought while I watch the video : The weight on the chest that you speak about, the feeling of not accepting to be slower is something I dealt with as well, and without controlling it I felt that it shifted with the progressively deeper understanding that what makes me feel this way is *capitalism* and also maybe the fear of lacking time to do everything I want. BUT remembering that going at my own rythm is self love and that people on their deathbed are more regretful of the times they spent overworking themselves is very helpful. Furthermore, living with an adhd partner who struggles doing almost anything even the most mundane tasks puts a lot of perspective on my own productivity and shines a new light on the necessity to not blame myself, as well as them. Plus, regarding spirituality, I totally get the weirdness around it and to me the best "wise man" is Jiddu Krishnamurti because he despises mysticism and religion in its organized form and has a very rough and honest way of looking at things, while being "spiritual". I love this old man so much! 100% recommend listening to his q&a!

I'm so sorry this is a niche question but you drive a manual car? I live in Europe so it doesn't phase me too much but since I am assuming you are in north america I was just wondering why :) (just got my license, annoyed with how overwhelming driving my own manual car is, I want an auto car so bad)

I feel you on using yourself as reference. I’m also a little short 5 foot three lady. I don’t often use myself for reference, but my partner is a portrait photographer. And often he will rely on me to just do a bit of practicing. But always feel sorry for him. I know the things were trying to pull off end up a bit dull, because there is little negative space. When I place my arms, legs and hands, etc - the space fills in with my body parts. Cute and cuddly but all one form in a photo. I have a whole new appreciation for the particular build of traditional fashion models now. They have their place in the world. They do indeed make art a little more interesting when it comes to posing a figure.
