it is so refreshing watching someone else do things that you're doing (being an artist, having a shop, putting content out online) because i see a similar thought process to your creation process. it helps me feel less alone and it resonates with me because i feel like you're my peer that i can admire from afar while i do my own work in tandem. thank you for another amazing vlog! im a fan and looking forward to seeing your artist journey continue!!!
good lck with the secret sketchbook hehe, I hope it will make you feel better, I'm sorry I can't help you with that but I can give some advice about hiking ! you should go on day hikes (the distance you're planning to do daily on the trek) with your new shoes to check if it doesn't hurt you anywhere, even more when your feet get swollen (it tends to happen on treks) and how they feel on rough ground. also it's nice to see how good they are with extra weight on (your backpack is probably gonna be heavy so they're gonna squish more and so more friction spots :B ) also do they secure your ankles properly. good luck with everything and thanks for editing those videos !!!

My life is the other way round, I have more secret pleasure art than material that I feel I can share. I have a collection of posh sketchbooks but I have a "casual" Kraft sketchbook which is from Amazon, already fallen apart 😂 (and I'm not sure where it is now). I'm starting an art shop so have started watching your video but need to do it in shifts 😂. Thank you in advance. I'm starting a second career as I'm that age beginning with 6. Not retiring, but morphing into an "artist" something I'm looking forward to (but the sensible Liz and work getting in the way though). Will look through your back catalogue. My art teacher said, no such thing as bad art only unfinished art. Mind you, recently I have seen some that really isn't to my taste 😅. (Not yours I hasten to add).
