HOW TO REPAIR/OVERHAUL GANGWAY AIR MOTOR || ROTOR BLADE REPLACEMENT || FLYING AT SEA

Whenever gangway motor is giving problem then following should be checked
-Check the air supply pressure is normal(as required to operate gangway)
-Check whether gangway motor speed is sluggish/stopping in between operation
-remove the gangway air motor
-de rust all rusted/extra applied paint on securing bolt
-Dismantle the air motor
-checked rotor blade/fins of air motor: sometime it broken/split into pieces/vertical height reduce severely
-Replace with new rotor blade and make sure blade is in position and its upper edge not coming out of housing position(see in video)
-use sand paper to reduce the vertical height of rotor blade.
-assemble all part and try out with hand, spindle rotation should be free and should not stuck at any point while rotating in any direction.
-if working fine with hand then try out with air.
-replace all old grease with new one.
