Climbing on a davit head to perform work with no safety harness. Leave the pin out of the brake lever whilst hoisting. Complete lack of safety awareness from the crew.
this is not a good example when it comes to SAFETY...can u see the guy working the wire on the davit its so aloft but he don't even bother to wear any safety harness or even safety belt....and as what i've observed i think the CHIEF OFFICER is also present in the working area but don't even bother to advise his crew to wear safety harness....what kind of CHIEF OFFICER is this man..how come he become a CHIEF OFFICER if he don't even care for the safety of this crew? TSK TSK TSKKKKK....im sure this CHIEF OFFICER maybe a EUROPEAN guy coz most EUROPEANS don't care of the SAFETY of the crew that's according to my own experience on board...
