I saw Rita Moreno in her one woman show in Berkeley and she was 80 years old back then and looked 50. I was the 50 years old and left the theater determined to take care of myself to look as great at Rita. Joined a gym, stopped eating refined sugar, started doing yoga and meditation, and keep taking good care of myself to look like Rita. Thank you Rita, you are a true inspiration; and guess what? I look and feel great!
