Can You make a video on how a BTech Student get into Cambridge University...It will be really nice of you Ellie ...As a junior from India I admire your work a lot. I am a Computer science student in a Tier-II college in India but have a dream to do research at Cambridge.....your guidance will mean the world to me.😊

when i was watching this my scientific mind was theorising whether the blacl holes operate in the same way as a static tornado would in the energy in the eye of the tornado is calm and allowing things to naturally escape the vortex at the base and edge of the black hole, but producing energy flowing outwards.

This is great! On the distant summit of concord physics awaits the crown of gravity as the time dilation derivative exponent when acceleration beyond lightspeed occurs as an expansion force relief factor. It will theorize, and mathematically demonstrate, the conjunction of boundary accelerations surpassing quantifiable light speed with the slowing of time, as asymmetrical geometries of energy releases from observable systems and gravity. First lets stop the curvature of space tensors and go for the algebraic symmetry of consumption of 4 dimensional space-time near observable systems & locally expanding observable system in 4 dimensional space-time (this as a mass stable system to derive from for gravitation calculations of interaction with similar systems. Planet - planet - stellar - galactic. Things of similar mass or of encompassing system influences)
If that is confusing: reread. It works.

Ellie, didn't Hawking prove that some radiation can escape the event horizon? He even gave his name to this radiation I think, could this have any connection with this jet mentioned in his video? I didn't know about these jets that travel through entire galaxies, thank you for always teaching me new things in a majestic way, the video was so interesting and enlightening that it traveled as if it were at the speed of light, in seven minutes it feels like I learned an astrophysics book!

“considering the possibility that these jets are being launched into other black holes themselves so they are somehow connected so that these jets pushed from m87
is being pushed into another black hole” !!!! I would love to hear you elaborate on this. Perhaps a collab with @DrBecky

It would take an infinite amount of energy to move an object to the speed of light... does that mean that light has infinite energy? ... if so, how can you "tap" the light from a candle to power my dishwasher? 😂😅😊

Is there a relativistic jet eminating from the Milkyway's black hole? If not, why? If so, what danger does it pose to us if earth were to eventuallyrotat into it's path?

I don't think the "black hole" image is real. I have done a lot of work on image processing and such.
I think it is an artifact of the method that they used. Which is mixing AI generative capabilities with very noisy data as input.
Since you have a background in astrophysics, fluid dynamics and (likely) magnetohydrodynamics, can I ask some questions about solar physics? I have a university background in electromagnetism, electronics, quantum mechanics and such. There are some very conflicting physics about some plasma phenomena on the sun. One of the sciences has to break.
