Don't play Doctor !!

Don't play Doctor !! Period !!!! It seems every week someone throws something out there hoping it sticks. Sometimes they have no evidence to back up there claims but yet they know. It usually starts frenzy cause all of sudden people think that's why they have Meniere's !! It also can be very dangerous as well. People will try anything to get rid of this disease.
So if you find something that can help please share it. But have some evidence it may help or is linked to Meniere's.
Common sense is the key phrase here.
