With fine selected music, it takes the viewer on a tour of modern-day Yerevan, the capital, where theaters, markets, coffee shops, restaurants, and night clubs attract people day and night. Here's information about the historic churches, marvelous monuments and statues, as well as the museums.
Miss Armenia, Lucine Tovmassian, accompanies the camera for guidance and a resume of an ancient country, where things are changing rapidly following the collapse of the Soviet Union.

We are all BBC English speakers here. If I understand her without any problem that means all the native English speakers will understand her. Believe me, her English is fine. Everybody has accent. Every American town has its own accent. Lusine has Armenian accent. Thats normal.

What do you expect then. This is the visiting card of the country and the presenter must be visually attractive. This is a tourism promo video and not a lecture on Armenian history or genocide organized by the Academy of Science.
Being a vice-miss Europe does not mean to be obligated to eliminate accent. And who says that she must speak perfect English? I dont think that Miss England speaks perfect Grakan Hayeren. I can imagine Miss France speaking only or perfect English...If she tries she will not retain her crown for sure.

there is nothing else to add to what I had already said. Do not stick your nose into Armenia's affairs. Armenia is none of your business, its the business of people who live there, who suffer there. Do not teach them how to live their lives. Mind your own businesses. Armenians from Armenia do not tell you what to do. Live your lives within your communities in different parts of the world.

We do not need Lebanese, Turkish or Syrian Arms with their heavy arabic turkish or greek accents to work on or eliminate our accents. Mind your own business.
