I'm a Dickens fan, when it snowed in England all I could think about was the snowfall in the Christmas Carol.
It certainly looks like it when it snows! Usually it doesn’t last longer than a day or two. Did it snow frequently when you lived in England?
@@mikebogatyrev3058 we were in England two years. We had several snowfalls while we were there. One time we were in Bury St. Edmonds and it started to snow while we were Christmas shopping. Bury St. Edmonds appears medieval in the downtown area and we were fascinated by the Dickens ambience. I believe this was in 1967 about a week before Christmas. The smell of coal filled the air
They burned coal for heating their homes and I loved the smell of the coal. We watched the Christmas Carol most every year of my life prior to coming to England. So happy to have experienced that wonderful feeling.

@@mikebogatyrev3058 In the Palatinate Forest where we live there is also very little snow. Yesterday with sunshine on our hike in the forest it was 15 degrees Celsius, we took off our jacket and walked in our T shirt. We live in the Palatinate between Karlsruhe and Kaiserslautern in our village in the middle of the forest. In our garden, lemons, kiwis and palm trees grow like in Cornwall.
