I couldn't sleep and eat for 2 weeks because I treat them like my older sisters who talks to me and comforts me thru their music. I'm someone who experienced bullying, anxiety and depression. But, Mamamoo thought they should release the songs as an 11th mini album with Where Are We Now as the title track since us MooMoos were anticipating a comeback for a long time. Solar auditioned for over 50 agencies but was not accepted into a single one, and she made up her mind that she'd auditioned for RBW, and if she failed that one, she'd quit her dreams of being a singer, but she got accepted into RBW and debuted. Wheein and Moonbyul was actually in the same group during trainee years at a different company, but Wheein left and not long after Moonbyul left as well. Byul thought they wouldn't meet again, but as destiny had determined for them, they met at RBW and yes, debuted together as Mamamoo. Wheein and Hwasa actually meet during middle school as they were from the same hometown, and both of them went to Seoul to train and finally debuted together as well.
Destiny really planned Mamamoo carefully, what an amazing group!

MAMAMOO was the first band that RBW ever debuted.Back then, there was no one to encourage them , they had to do their own makeup,fix their own hair and promoted themselves even on the streets.On their day of debut,their only audience was their family members and a friend ,their screen time on music shows was edited out, hosts on shows questioned about their band name MAMAMOO making weird gestures and questioned about Hwasa's age stating that people mistook her as a married woman due to her appearance.
Many people even told them that they will flop just because they did not meet the Korean Beauty Standard.But years later they were able to make their own name in the industry by their own hard work.The determination and sacrifice are no joke and now they are one of the top groups of their generation.From bottom to top -MAMAMOO.

Meanwhile all the other famous Kpop groups like Blackpink, Twice, and BTS were all from huge companies and had all the needs they needed. (Im not saying they used less effort then Mamamoo but definitely less problems then Mamamoo)

Yes, Bp and Twice are from big companies, but BTS are also from a no-name, small company(at the time of their debut). They actually had similar kind of suffering to Mamamoo as well, they were also looked down upon because of being from a small company, because of not being beautiful according to the Korean standards(I only know about RM in this one), their time in award shows were always cut short before they blew up and they could barely even perform in some, and they promoted in streets and gave free tickets for their concerts to the people as well. The difference is that with their hard work, talent, passion, love and dedication for what they do, and finally, with their company's great promotions(where rbw lacks with MAMAMOO), they managed to blow up. I'm not saying other groups are talentless, in fact, there are several really good groups out there who deserve to blow up and become big like them, and Mamamoo are in this category. But every artist, no matter how talented, can't be this famous, some will always be left out. Maybe in the future, Mamamoo will somehow blow up like this, but they won't be this active together as a group and the same people who ignores them now would be like, "Oh! Why didn't I check them out earlier?" So let's just cherish the time we have with them and admire their talent while not bringing others down😊

This song deserved way more than it got. It’s criminally underrated. From the stellar vocals, the immense emotion, the instrumental, and everything else that it encompasses, it’s an absolute masterpiece. For me, it’s definitely one of the best songs Mamamoo’s ever released.

I really wish they get nominated for the award shows. I dont know if ballads are very welcomed in shows such as MAMA. I havent watched much aside from mamamoo, bts, bigbang and 2ne1s performance. I really love them and i hope to see them in these year end award shows, because that was how i fell inlove with these girls.

A lot of the nominations comes from the amount of views, too. Sadly, as much as I love WAW, I'm not entirely sure if it'll get the recognition it deserves but who knows! I hope they attend MAMA :/
I can't stress enough how talented these girls are. Not even exaggerating because i am stanning them. They just bring out their individuality in a harmonious way. They each have different amazing voices, different types of personality, different femininity, but it doesn't cover the fact that they go along so well. Wheein is still part of the group as much as the others. There is an ACTUAL CONTRACT for her to participate in group activities until dec 2023. The others might have renewed with RBW but the contract renewal is 2-3yrs. So really, all four of them will have another contract discussion about the same time.
