This channel is amazing! I've been watching some of their videos even if I don't know the artists' songs, and I can say that the live band truly deserve their own applause. And of course, the artists are amazing too. This live performance really makes their voice shine. It will make us pay attention more to the raw vocal, truly showcase their raw talent.
Any arrangements could ever overshadow MMM voices. They're that powerful. Periodt.

Mamamoo is such an underrated group around the world, like their vocals are everything. Probably like almost the best group with best vocals

They are not underrated. They are one of the top artists like IU, or AKMU. It is perhaps in your perception to put them all in the same category with other bubble pop dancing idols to call them, underrated around the world. MMM's fans are different from those typical idol group fans.
Rather they are original and their songs don't attract the elementary school age fans or Dance manias.
Look closely at the different genres and target fan groups of Korean pop music. Not underrated. And, there are lots of great R&B based groups or soloists. Because one doesn't know the name, or has the fame, it doesn't mean they are underrated. They are all talented and successful in their own ways.
Mamamoo is a actually very famous in Korea and have been like that sinne like 2015. But they definetly do have amazing vocals though!

But I just feel like I'm to tired to learn more information about other groups to consider myself as a part of fandom 😅 But as from the girl groups I'm the most interested in them, I've seen a lot of videos of them and I'm totally in love with their personalities. Wish there were more groups like them - mature, crazy, brave, funny, kind, TALENTED 💜

MAMAMOO is one of the few idol groups who are comfortable being with a live band. They have released 249 songs as to date (collab, solo, group, featuring, etc), you guys have my RESPECT!

I love how beautiful this is, and they all killed it and can we talk about how adorable their little giggles at the beginning were? But it really makes me sad to see Byul just standing there through most of it. I thought we had progressed past this. She can do the runs and embellishments at the end with the others, and I can hear some parts of the backing track that really sound like her harmonies, she can do those live too. RBW we ALL know what she can do. Don't go back to the way it was in their debut days. Let her freaking sing. She just recently released The Lady and a bunch of other stuff singing beautifully and showing that she can do runs, high notes, soft breathy whistle-y vocals and powerful vocals and low notes and belting. Stop pretending that she can't.

This is incredible but I hope when they make more ballads like this, Moonbyul can also get parts where she sings. My heart hurts seeing her just standing there while the three are belting. I remember her saying she feels jealous when Hwasa, Solar, and Wheein are harmonizing and she's just there standing/dancing. Moonbyul has very good vocals as well so I know what I'm asking for isn't impossible. Let's not forget the fact that Moonbyul originally auditioned to be a vocalist.

In their older songs you can here Moonbyul's voice with the others 🤗 I remember in some of her past interviews that she prefers to rap but was told to sing more but now she can rap more like her singles
Do not forget that Moonbyul is a grown woman able to speak up for herself.

That’s a common strategy to make sure that if your voice cracks, it’s not too loud or obvious. But Solar is so good that she doesn’t need to worry about voice cracks

Underrated cool moment when they get the standing ovation from the band when walking on the stage. I can't imagine many other KPop artists getting that kind of artistic respect. It's almost like in the past two years or so Mamamoo graduated past being idols into something more.

More like yes, many can reach high notes, but singing ISN'T all about hitting high notes or a dolphin would be the best singer. Many sound extra nasally and just not pleasant to the ear. However, Solar, Wheein and Hwasa's high note sounds natural and supported, which is not seen much in kpop groups (excluding soloist tho cuz they're all amazing)

Especially low register with that breathy sound. I can say the hardest song for me to sing is solar's spit it out bc wrong tone you'll sound dead instead of sultry.

I hate that I can’t fully like and enjoy the song because as a byul bias and a moomoo overall it pains me to see her standing like this, like other moos I thought we were past this, that RBW understood the greatness of byul’s deep voice and how to incorporate it. I’m highly disappointed.

Byul isn't my bais (don't have one they are too unique in their own way to pick) but I feel were your coming from her voice would given the song more depth towards the end if she harmonized with solar or Wheein
I've always wondered why they don't use moonbyul's deeper voice for harmonies more. I think mamamoo/rbw pushes out so many songs they don't have time to work out more complex harmonies in the arrangements, and whatever they do in the studio they have to replicate for live performances. In their earliest stuff they did sing together more, now it's all idol arrangements where a song has to be split equally among performers and their distinct singing styles emphasized. I still love the song tho.
They really are wasting such a talented person. Byul can do so much more if they give her the opportunity

Ok….so hope I don’t get trashed for saying this…….but I don’t like kpop girl groups. I am a BTS fan……and decided to take a listen to Mamamoo because of their connection to the guys AND they didn’t appear to do the “little girl” singing thing. THESE GIRLS ARE AMAZING! What talent……..very impressed!
