It's amazing. I myself never attended any Easter in Guyana, although in Wakenaam they do have such celebration too. I think Easter has become a master event in Guyana, after Christmas and phagwah. Yes, it is completed. I think it's meant to be a concrete road and the grooves are there to give traction.
