  • Cooking Restaurant Style Hakka Noodles at Home, quick and easy way to cook.
    Everyone has desire to enjoy restaurant style Hakka Noodles. Now you won’t have to step out every time when you crave for Hakka Noodles, so here is the simple recipe to cook Hakka Noodles in Home using Ching's Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles.#Chings
    Ingredients In Veg Hakka Noodles:
    • 1 pack (150 gm) Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodle.
    • 1 large carrot 100gms, sliced.
    • 100 gms cabbage, sliced.
    • 1 large capsicum 200 grams, sliced - can use a mix of green and red.
    • 1 small onion / bunch of spring onions with greens
    • 4-5 garlic cloves chopped
    • 1 pack Ching’s Chowmein Hakka noodle masala.
    Cooking Instructions:
    Prepare the noodles:
    Boil 5-6 cups of water in a Pan. Switch off the flame. Soak the noodles in water. Either pour the hot water on the noodle cake or gently put the Noodle cake in the hot water. Cover and let it stand for 5 minutes. Do not Cook/Boil the noodles. Drain the water and wash the noodles under running water. Noodles are ready!
    Prepare the dish:
    Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Put the minced ginger - garlic in the pan and sauté it. Put the chopped mixed vegetables in the pan and stir fry it for 2 - 3 mins. Put the soaked Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodle in the pan with vegetables. Add Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of water. Mix well and stir - fry for 3 - 4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
