    As an indian i can confirm that none of us EVER use the instructions on the maggi packet
    Everyone has their own method
    I never brsak my noodles and i never make it so soft n mashy and ofcourse i add extra spices like chilli powder
    My indians know

      We Indians do crazy stuffs with Maggie..and to us Noodles is Maggie and Maggie is Noodles, like back in the old days Beer used to be Kingfisher and Kingfisher to be beer 🍻.

    In poha, the fired chickpea flour(we call it bhujia) was supposed to be put on top of poha, after cooking it. It is supposed to give a crunch while eating, so it has to be put afterwards. I would also suggest putting lemon and chopped onion on it next time you have it, it tastes quite amazing. Thanks for trying all the food items

    it's pretty great actually that they made food that is actually edible and looks and tastes close to what authentically made indian food would taste like. i think it could bring great comfort for foreign students who can't cook that well but miss the taste of home

      Why do we need in india. It is majorly for countries where Indian cooking food isn't available. In india one is able to make it very quickly and the trend of instant cooked rice and dal didn't boom. They tested in indian Market but it was unsuccessful.

    As an Indian I found these ready-to-eat meals of decent quality for someone who doesn't live in India. Although would highly suggest to visit India to experience the stark difference in flavors found in freshly prepared Indian meals.

    I loved Indian food when we lived in Singapore. However, we're not exposed to a lot of Indian cuisine now that we live in the Philippines. I miss authentic chicken masala.

      But you have so many good Filipino dishes to enjoy! I lived there a few years as a child, but my stepmom is Pinay and she gave me the deepest love for Pancit Bihon, maybe the best noodle dish I've ever had. It's super comfort food!

    I found this channel a little less than a month ago and I have been hooked ever since. Idk why I just like food and seeing how it differs around the world, plus, I'm Indian and it's nice to see he made a video about Indian Instant food too. I love maggi btw. And if you have never had it, try it, I promise you it's delicious and it will test nothing like any other instant noodles you have had before.

    The pani puri was incomplete. After popping the ball , it is stuffed with mashed boiled potato and chickpea then comes the chutney and then finally dipped into the sour water. Then eat!

    Just a tip for the POHA if you do try it... don't put the SEV (i.e. the smaller packet 5:50) with the POHA when you put hot water in it.. Add it after the 5 mins are done.. it'll have a bit of a crunch to it then 😄

      Exactly in East India (WB), we eat our pani puri with potatoes. People of North India have it with chickpeas but it tastes so weird and different. Nothing beats potato wala pani puri

      @@khushimehta7082 I googled Ragada and we have them too. Like 50-50. In local places we have only potatoes and other masala and whatever they put. And in Central Kolkata, we have that ragada mixture (whatever it is called here in WB) and potato mixture. But I prefer only aloo one. Chickpeas one I had a lot of times here in Kolkata itself but it never tasted as good as the plain aloo one. Maybe just a personal preference of Bengali because we grow up eating shit load of potatoes :3

      @Countryballs If you can find it in your city, you should give it a shot. Tastes heavenly. Or if you travel and visit Kolkata, try here locally. It is quite addictive. And I am saying this because I have grown up eating both. Chickpeas and potato stuffing.

      Actually here in South India panipuri is filled with masala, paani, peas, raw onion and green chutney. The one filled with spicy mashed potatoes we call it gol gappe. Both are love🤤💜.

    Actually in poha dish sev to be added after poha gets ready, panipuri is incomplete without boiled aloo mixed with spices and need to add some water to maggie

      Most use of plastic harms environment and seeing those panipuri, biryani and everything in those plastic bags are breaking my heart, highly use of plastic for covering yaar, hamare marathi mein ek muhawara (proverb) hai '' naka peksha moti jad'' means naak se jyada naak ka moti bhari. 100% suits for this.

      Trust me... I live in a rented room and I've tried almost every instant food, and by experience I can say that these food only taste 20-30% of the original cooked food. The element of freshness (Which we love) is not at all present in these foods.
