I would like to clarry regarding the valid job offer aspect. For "NOC 0,A, or B skill type or level position, the job must be for at least 1 year" With this, a job with 1 year term Fulltime but contract based is eligible for AiP? Thank you.

How much the possibility is to get visa approved because one of my friend told me if your job offer is not related to your education IRCC will reject your application is it real.
