Speedrunning Speed Golf is Really Hard (Or: Why I Can't Handle the Kong) [Mario Golf: Advance Tour]

I have not done anything meaningful with this game since 2018, but I always had an intention to return to this game in some form. Since full story mode runs would be difficult to grind in the two hour sessions I had available to me, I thought I would try out the speed golf mode. This is from the first set of attempts that I tried. The keyword is "tried."
