Does this protocol work for nocturnal panic too? I go to bed at 9:30. It usually wakes me up around 2:30. O night when it’s not a panic I’ll still wake up around 2:30. Just a tiny bit anxious but awake for most of the rest of the night.

What about if you never ever feel tired or sleepy regardless of how little sleep you get. The most I’ve gone is 5 full days and still wasn’t tired. I’ve not felt tired for 2.5 years and can only sleep with medication.
Hi, when you say "tired" do you mean sleepy? If you never feel tired, then insomnia is not a problem. One of the criteria for insomnia is not feeling rested or well during the day after the poor sleep. But it's common to not feel sleepy during the day and even at night when you have insomnia. That was the case with me. But even though I felt sleepy, I still felt exhausted and felt the impact of not sleeping well.
I never feel rested. I feel horrific mentally and physically without sleep but I never feel tired or sleepy. My eyes never get heavy and I’m just wired 24/7. Like I said even when I went 5 days without sleep I still wasnt tired. I had horrific symptoms but still wired. It’s like my brain won’t shut down.
@@alberttrotter3938 It's always good to first rule out anything medical. If you've done that, then you should try this process I've described in the video, because it's built on the gold-standard process for overcoming insomnia (CBT-I).

For the insomnia, the gold-standard treatment is CBT-I. Yes, most people with insomnia have anxiety or panic (which is high or sudden anxiety) at night. So, it's is also addressed with the protocol.
