Except there's a ton of big civ youtubers with about an hour of footage and way more to talk about than said footage with videos up right now. Also, play any two games back to back and tell me they're "the same". Just because they don't constantly throw away the stuff that works like Sega with Sonic doesn't mean they're not innovating.

Looks like you can build on elevated ground as opposed to only flat ground, maybe. Other than that, didn't see much of anything new.
Then again, Fraxis already has a pretty solid formula to begin with.
