I have a master's in Urban Planning and they do not offer a class on how to read site plans. It's ridiculous. I had to learn through internships and on the job.

      Hi, Ishbu 101.
Congratulation on your achievements, My name Is Neo and I am desperately in need of advice from an Urban Planners perspective.
Is it possible for people to divert or remove a manhole? Is it not the municipal property and my understanding tells me that it was placed at a specific place strategically so.
I will highly appreciate your feedback.

@@neolloydletsholo7515 you'll have to call the local government's office. They all have different rules about these sort of things. It is either a county or city issue. That is where I would start.

Can you show us how to use grading in a site plan? I am a landscape architecture major and I am learning how to grade. I am just very confused.

"Re-site" must be a catchy term you came up with. It is merely a revised site plan. Using common terminology will help your customers understand better. Keep your catchy terminology in house.

Don't be sad governor...You will come up with a cool term for something someday. It's cool you used Bob Villa's thumb nail though, I hear that guy is like a god in the construction thing.
