I find it really cool that over 3 movies the delorean was seen for less than 15 mins in total. Yet its still the coolest and most recognizable movie car ever built imo
The DeLorean was seen for way more than 15 minutes in the trilogy. This video is just crap and leaves out a bunch of scenes. Not even just the scenes where it's in the background while Doc and Marty are talking, but big ones like when Doc comes back from 2015, or when the DeLorean is unveiled for the very first time.

Every camera angle after 05:55on the DeLorean speeding up is pure gold. Especially the one at 07:04 when it jumps towards the camera. Always gets me pumped up!

I was shocked when I saw the movie the first time about a year later. But all good things must end.
Doc wants it destroyed due to all the mishaps in the Space Time continuum. He built it because he wants to watch history and travel through time, not to change it.
there is another delorean, in bttf 3 you see that doc hid the delorean in a cave, for marty to find in 1955. Which means that when marty took the delorean back to 1885 there were 2 of them. btw in the animated series you see another one

_robin_ It really is and what a way to end a movie. All three parts had amazing final sequences, brilliant cliffhangers to parts 1&2 and the ending of 3 with the train, just wonderful.

@@kaiopiano279 Biff was such a character too, in fact every member of the Tannen family is. However in the scenes where Biff was picking on George and Marty, I was reminded horribly of my time against bullies in school so there's no way I could root for Biff in this situation. A bully is a bully.

Exactly. This was actually the reason I clicked on this video, to see the first reveal.
But also Marty's 3rd person view of him traveling to 1955 at the start of BTTF 1.
They missed many more scence. They misses from part one when Marty drive away and hide the DeLorean, then when he shows doc the DeLorean, next is when DeLorean is placed for the "expiriment", from part two they missed to show biffs time traveling, and one or two more
But thats not a time travel scene
The title doesn't say anything about having just time travel scenes.

Back to the Future is one of the only movie trilogies in which every entry is genuinely great. One of my all-time favourite series!
Biff's cranium getting the business end of the DeLorean's stainless steel, gull-wing door is one of my favorite moments from the trilogy.

I still find it unbelievable how well the special effects hold up to todays standards

I'm crying.
I saw the first one when i was a kid and went for the first time in the little old cinema within the church. What a time! Since then i saw the three film a zillion time!
It's a classic movie..i love this
One would struggle terribly to find any sequence better than the clock tower sequence at the end of part 1. There aren't enough superlatives to describe how perfectly fantastic it truly is.

I saw BTTF 3 in the theaters when it came out. When the DeLorean got demolished by the train, I cried.
Universal... do me and millions of others a favour. Get that original 35mm film, re scan it and grade it for 4k uhd. Do the best job you can. Add dolby atmos. Sell it to me.

-Doc explains the interior of the DeLorean to Marty.
-Marty driving on the road at daytime, wishing it's just a dream, noticing there's no plutonium anymore and he pushes the DeLorean behind a sign.
-Marty showing the 1955 Doc where he hid the DeLorean.
-Marty arriving in 1985 with the DeLorean, leaving it on the road and then watching his past self escaping with the past DeLorean.
-Doc bringing Marty back to his home and then travelling to 2015.
-Doc arriving back in 1985 to get Marty and Jennifer.

One thing I just thought of: Doc didn't know if the Time Machine would work. He called it "Time Travel Experiment #1", and had the car driving directly towards him and Marty. Up until that point, his most successful invention, was the Dogfood delivery machine seen in the beginning of the film. What if the Time Machine had failed? Doc wouldn't be around for Experiment #2.

This is one of my favorite trilogies, I think I've seen it more than 20 times but I don't get tired. I would love to have a replica of the Delorean time machine version one day.
Seeing the Delorean in these movies gave me the aspiration as a kid that one day I'd like to own one but gave up as the fact they're rare makes them incredibly expensive to buy and insure, also spec wise they're not that powerful. 😄

God I wish I could go back to the 80's!
I wish that too, when the film was released in 1985 I was working as a projectionist in a cinema. From that moment on I wanted to have my own cinema. In 2006 I bought the cinema where I was working at the time. On October 21, 2015 I rented a DeLorean DMC-12. The day Marty and Doc Brown were supposed to return.
In the back-to-the-future trilogy, called October 21, 2015, Marty McFly arrives at 4:29 p.m. California time and departs at 7:28 p.m. On the real October 21, 2015, I and many fans celebrated the day of arrival in my cinema with this original DeLorean DMC - 12 in Germany. That was my story about the boy who wanted to go back in time

I agree... I once heard that it symbolizes a rotation that put the DeLorean to 88mph... somehow. Must have been a tough ride for Doc when in addition he crashed on the ground on arrival since the hover units got destroyed.
