Arizona BDR: Section 1 - KLR 650

Late April 2024 I tackle the AZ BDR! Riding my 2011 KLR I set out on Day 1 of my adventure. I met up with a pair of riders, Ramon and Jacob, at the start and tag along throughout the 1st section. What an amazing day of riding!

Great job ! Can definitely relate to the intensifying breathing when the klr gets squirmy on those loose rocks. Lot of adrenaline! Nice job letting it down gently and reassessing.

Thanks for the video, I think I'm going to do the Big Bend BDR-x for my first BDR just to get broke in some & see of an old guy can do it .....I have a gen 3 KLR
