Hopefully they didn't actually use your Care Refresh for this. That would have consumed a piece of your authorizations and a small deductible. This should be a warranty replacement only.
It didn’t count on the Care Refresh deductible, but it didn’t start over in the new unit either so I lost a couple of days on the Care Refresh plan. Also still trying to communicate with others that had to send defective units in to see if they had 3 day turnaround times as well or if Care Refresh is expedited over others that don’t have it.
